PB & B Shot Shake

Mmmm…I just finished this off : a Peanut Butter and banana shot shake.  Try it!
Ingredients :
1 ripe organic banana
1/2 cup all-natural Krema Crunchy PB
1 T. organic raw honey
1/3 c. organic low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. almond or soy milk
