The Krema Products company is proud to introduce the creation of a new website called Stir For Your Health. www.stirforyourhealth.com has been a dream of ours for many years. We wanted to create a website dedicated to all things peanut butter with an emphasis on natural and healthy!
A single location that can provide consumers with information, recipes, stirring tips, and nutritional facts about the peanut butter they buy and consume. This is a website dedicated to educating parents, athletes, diabetics, and other patients with dietary restrictions about the benefits of natural peanut butter. And not just any peanut butter…an all-natural peanut butter with no added salts, sugars, or oils; a peanut butter that contains only one ingredient: peanuts.

Crazy Richard’s and a Leg Workout…Posted on January 26, 2011 by Kathleen
Oh Hump Day, how nice to see you! Despite the fact that it is snowing outside and supposed to snow all evening, I was pretty excited that my breakfast was Oats in a Jar! LOVE LOVE LOVE when this happens. Yep, I love my oats!
Crazy Richard’s is my peanut butter of choice these days. I discovered them in Shop Rite a couple of months ago. I was looking at all of my choices and the ridiculous prices that companies now charge for almond butter and natural peanut butter. But I noticed Crazy Richard’s and that a normal size jar was not only under $4.00, but the ingredients also only stated: PEANUTS! I laughed out loud and immediately put it in my cart. I’ve been using them on a regular basis and make sure to check out their blog for some of my recipes and where to buy their products. THEY ARE AWESOME!
So on this snowy morning, this was my “Oats in a Jar” recipe!
Absolutely delicious, filling, nutritious!

But if that still doesn’t work for you – try this recipe Christy posted over at The Girl Who Ate Everything. This is the perfect Christmas treat for those cold winter nights by the fire. MMMM…. PB goes with EVERYTHING!!!!
1/2 cup unpopped popcorn or 16 cups popped popcorn
1 1/2 cups dry-roasted peanuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 cup all-natural Krema PB
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pop corn and remove any unpopped kernels. Place in a large bowl and stir in peanuts. (Jennifer pops hers in a 9X13 pan and keeps it warm in a 250 degree oven)
In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, honey and corn syrup. Bring mixture to boiling, continue boiling for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Do not boil too long or your popcorn will be rock hard. Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
Immediately pour over popcorn and stir to coat.
Serve warm or a room temperature.
Don’t Forget!! This is our last month to enter our Slogan Contest!!! Submit your brilliant PB ideas right here on this blog
